PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - Whaleback Systems has named DecisionOne, a technology support services firm, as a certified installer of Whaleback Systems' SMB 1500, the first business telephone system built from the ground up for broadband. Per the agreement, DecisionOne will provide infrastructure assessments, installation services, and first-level technical support for Whaleback Systems' customers.

The award was bestowed upon DecisionOne's Desktop to DialtoneTM, a portfolio of technical support fulfillment services for VoIP original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and service providers.
