OrcaFax is a secure, high-performance desktop fax service that allows subscribers to send and receive fax messages from Microsoft Outlook or any other POP3 email client. Orca Fax service will convert inbound faxes to an electronic copy ( “PDF file”) and deliver them to the user’s email account. The electronic fax includes a report with relevant information such as the inbound fax number, page count, date, time and transmission status. Users can rely on a single email inbox for receiving voicemail, faxes and email. Once faxes are confidentially and securely delivered to the user’s PC, they can be sent to a printer, emailed to other employees or archived for future use.
