The CrystalBlue Voice Service is a turnkey solution that provides everything a company needs to leverage advanced broadband Internet telephony technology without incurring any equipment expenditures. A representative from Whaleback Systems or one of our channel partners will conduct a detailed end-to-end analysis of your wired and wireless LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure a smooth deployment. They will perform a visual inspection of your cabling infrastructure and network equipment, and review the placement of Ethernet jacks and the desired locations for phone stations. The representative will provide an infrastructure assessment and evaluate the likelihood of a successful installation without the need for additional cabling or equipment. Many Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) require little-or-no additional cabling, since Ethernet jacks are already available at most locations where phones are desired. But some companies require additional cabling to ensure that phone services can be delivered over a shared voice/data network to the intended destinations. There will be no surprises; the network analysis process will do all the pre-installation work required to ensure successful delivery of broadband Internet telephony services to each intended work area. The features of each phone are profiled, allowing management maximum control over service delivery. For example, an executive could decide that some users are allowed to make international calls, some users can be accessed via direct inward dialing or that some users will provide call coverage for others to manage inbound calls.
